Two legends of Congolese music unite for a deep and majestic African 𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘢 - an iconic song in Congo.
Lucie Eyenga was one of the early pioneers of African rumba and one of Congo's favourite vocalists, and sadly died in 1987, three years after this release.
From the LP 𝘋𝘪𝘵 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘢 by Eyenga & Abeti (I.A.D.- Industrie Africaine Du Disque, Congo, 1984).
Backed by Le Grand Orchestre Les Redoutables d'Abeti, directed by Gerard Akueson, with Jacky Arconte on brass arrangements.
