I remember this all too well. Scary stuff. Very sad. I was a Celtics fan. This isn't the first time a Celtics player died. Len Bias was extremely sad. If Mr. Bias and Mr. Lewis hadn't died, the Celtics would have 3-5 more championships. The Celtics just won the championship when they drafted Bias. What a team that would've been. The celts were in the middle of their careers, then you get someone like Bias, which was a man amongst boys, and then couple years later you get Lewis. All this with some damn good mentors still playing. Man I'd love to have seen it. Especially with Bias, bird, McHale, DJ, all on the court at same time. That'd been an unstoppable offensive lineup.

As a Boston Celtics fan I was watching that game from home, and when he fell on the court just coming down the court, went to the bench and was holding his chest I was so upset! He didn’t come back in the game, and the rest is very sad sad history. May he rest in peace gone way way too soon
