Nah, pal, this is not an arrangement. You simply took the MIDI file, copied its 2 tracks across a marching band score and called it an "arrangement". And you did not even write a counter melody. Also, the bass line is just horrible: seriously you expect someone to play these ups and downs? I wouldn't be so harsh with you in the first place, but when I saw in the description this "I don't want anybody just stealing this." I just couldn't hold my temper. Learn some arrangement techniques first. Seeing this, someone can easily infer you don't know how to arrange for a band.
