[SFM/FNAF] Foxy not being in Into The Pit in a nutshell.

So while playing the new Five Nights at Freddy's Game Into the Pit, I realized that Foxy was sadly not in the game. And this SFM idea immediatly came up in my mind. Also, I had to rush this for a reason. LOL. Also, Happy FNaF Anniversary everyone!!!

In one of the endings Ozwald turns into Foxy apparently, but Foxy doesn't appear, I'm curious, why hasn't Foxy appeared in the games for so long? He's not even mentioned in this game, only his lair.
