This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and we're shining a light on the importance of mental well-being. Here are a few messages from our team about how being active in the outdoors helps them stay mentally healthy.
Taking care of your mental health starts with small steps. This week, we’re offering free sightseeing chairlift rides — a perfect way to relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors.
See our Guest Services team and mention 'Mental Health Awareness Week' to get a sightseeing pass.
Due to the safety requirements of the chairlift, there are a few things to keep in mind.
YOUTH: Under 10 must be supervised by an adult on the chair. 10 & over can ride by themselves.
HEIGHT: 1.0 metre minimum height regardless of age, due to safety requirements.
