With BT help, after 10 days of maintenance at the exchange the Fibre Optic is arrived...
and since then this is the speed I have got. It is barely 1/4 of the speed I had before.
I have been with Virgin for a few years by now, and when I called the support to inform of the situation, they said to enjoy the improvements of the fibre optic.
