The 200% was already up turn 6, you just added the Domain hence why it went up a bit. (it didn't go that much higher either because you lost 20% support from INT Toppo to PHY Toppo)
If you got Jiren on turn 2, it means you'll have to wait until turn 6 to get it. Turn 2 counts, so you have 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 and 6 is his fifth turn.

It would be interesting to see characters that instead get stronger based off of boss stats like if the boss is above 50% health they get stats or DR, or even something like based on the phases of the boss. Personally I think a cool thing we could see is character buffs if the boss is damaged, so if a boss raises their ATK after super that unit could get buffs mid turn

You can use teq ui as the friend leader for the universe 11 mission can't you since he has universe survival saga and realm of gods. If you can that makes things a lot easier. Since you can buff agl and teq jiren.
