2:38 fill-in email is as far as I get. I did all this and still no change. When I get to this point the window shows for about 10 seconds then it goes back 1 step click sign in again and the same thing happens. I will try to type in my email but after 10 seconds it goes back one step. I need to know how can I add my details to an app that will auto-fill and login for me. I can't think of any other way to get past the log-on problem.

Soulutions :
1- clear data google play services and play store then try again
2- download vpn and choose any country ( not your country ) and try again.

I have been on this for almost 2 weeks. I tried what you said but in my case at 2:40 to 2:45, I clicked on "skip" and every attempt to login ends with "Something went wrong. Sorry, Something went wrong there, Try again". how do I resolve this? how do I go back to 2:40 to 2:45 so I can click on "Yes, I'm in". Also, there was an android restart on my phone which put me in the problem and ended up deleting all the content in my files, documents, pics, audio, videos and contacts. all my back up on whatsapp are not accessible. pls how can I get all the information backup by whatsapp over time restored? kindly assist. tnx
