Derek is the guitar, the guitar is Derek, and The Allman Brothers Legacy lives band (Tedeschi Trucks Band) is the best thing I have heard in a long time.

The thing Ive always liked about Derek's solos is that they are all so MELODIC. No gymnastics just for the sake of doing that cuz he could. We use to call his kind of playing Tastey. It moves ya.

Jimmy Herring and Derek share a bond that is ALWAYS evident when they play.. Then you add in the other variables... Susan, WSP, a god dman Stones song--- This is a delight to my senses that sooths my soul..
