Adaptation Finance: We need to listen to countries

People around the world are already experiencing the impacts of #ClimateChange. To adapt to these changing conditions, countries need adequate and accessible funds. At the UN Climate Change Conference #SB50Bonn, we discussed available and emerging sources of adaptation finance.
