How to Control YouTube Notifications YOU Send to Subscribers

Normally you want notifications to be sent out to your YouTube subscribers when you publish a public video. But there may be rare circumstances when you want a video to go public without your subscribers being notified.

If my subscribers are notified when I upload a video but choose not to click on it, will that effect the videos impression click through rate and become less discoverable within youtube search because youtube thinks people aren't clicking on my video enough because my subscribers didn't click or watch my video at any point after a notification went out? In this case, would it be better to not notify my subscribers when I publish a video?

Could you please help me with a question? I have a notification bell on a couple
of pages that belong to the same person, and I have seen he has been posting
new videos but i have not been getting the notifications in the notification
box like i had before. I would like to know why or what the problem could be.
I am not a computer wizard, I am slow to learn them. i am a little intimidated
by them.
Also, could he have chosen to stop send me notifications specifically?
