My experience with the Samsung sound system has been profoundly frustrating. The sound quality fails to meet even basic expectations, and the customer support is notably inadequate. Firmware updates are rare or non-existent, leaving issues unresolved and users disappointed. Despite repeated attempts to seek help for my Soundbar HW-Q600A/XL, I've received no response, leaving the device to serve merely as a decorative piece. I strongly advise against purchasing a Samsung sound system.
