Story 1... Because OP's Ex and wife are accusing OP all over social media, especially after there is now proof against those accusations, would she not have solid grounds for a defamation lawsuit? OP should get a lawyer, have "Cease and Desist" order issued, and (at least) demand a public retraction. If they refuse, take them to court.

Jim always knew he was the father he just doesn't want to pay for the children he helped create. The hypocrisy of simultaneously denying paternity and demanding the kids call the homewrecker mama is laughable. Legally as long as you are not actively badmouthing your ex and his new partner and visitation is offered whether he uses it or not then you cannot be accused of parental alienation or withholding access to the children. Here's hoping that all three children take after OP in the intelligence, honesty, responsibility, and human decency departments.

Exposing, and leaving, this AH was the ONLY proper response, and cheating is NEVER, just a little problem, misunderstanding, or a "Mistake", even if it's not with someone you considered a virtual sister/brother, 14 years younger.

All those OP hasn't told yet needs to be informed, and ask all those claiming it's just a "Midlife Crisis", if they would approve of their Husbands/Wives having an affair with a much younger family friend.

I babysat my baby brother, then nephews and nieces (my sister was several years older) from the time I was eight years old.

It's pretty obvious that Jim is a simp who is doing everything his new wife tells him to do.

He knew the kid was his, but having money problems will make people act unreasonably, and unrealistically.

I can guarantee that if he was making good money he would never have made that claim.

It's unfortunate that when those kids get older, and understand what he was doing, they are all likely to resent him, but that will be the consequences of his actions.
