This educational video can be used in health and safety training for house painters working around overhead power lines in British Columbia. It shows the steps you can take to identify risks and plan before working near power lines.

I'm an electrician. We call aluminum ladders "conductors" and don't use them. Also, the wires on that service drop should be insulated from the pole all the way into the house. Not so in Canada?
