Porsche 930 911 Restomod by Matteo Gentile

Porsche 930 911 Restomod by Matteo Gentile is a classic looking 911 with a modern twist. This render has a few design parts inspired from the Porsche 911 992 Generation. We noticed a few key features of the 992 starting with the rear taillight that stretches across the rear. Next, we noticed the rear deck lid which has the vertical lines like the 992 generation. The wheels are also from the 992 GT3. Overall it is a cool design and if you find anything that we have missed please feel free to comment below.

If it's a RESTOMOD why is it MISSING the ICONIC "WHALETAIL" REAR SPOILER ? The huge rear spoiler had 2 functions : 1) DOWNFORCE 2) COOLING. The CARRERA wasn't WATER Cooled until the 1998 model. 1960 - 1997 it was AIR cooled. Hence the heater kits for VW Beetles.

992 Chassis = 2020 or newer. For all you 16 year olds just discovering cars the PORSCHE ( POR - SHUH ) " Widowmaker " CARRERA 911 Turbo / 911T built from SEPT. 1975 - 1988 ( 14) was NOT built on a 911 Chassis. It was built on a 930 Chassis so it was cka a 930 or 930T. It got it's it nickname due to the 930T's bad habit of the BACKEND trying to beat the FRONT Bumper while going through a road course turn at FULL Throttle. Hence the development of the 964 Chassis for the 1989 - 1994 model.
