There are times when I can't stop myself from chipping off some shards of pecorino and just snacking on them. Paired with grapes and stonefruit (cherries, peaches, apricots).... just so good! (the whole, salty-sweet kind of deal)

That’s the cheese I grew up on and don’t use anything else. So deliciously pungent. Thanks for the video. And you look just like my nonna Rosalie, who was a great cook.

Very interesting! Amazing how they learned to vary the cheese. I think cheese is my families favorite thing! When we lived in Italy it was like cheese heaven!

That was very cool .. What were they rubbing on the outside of the barrels/wheels? of cheese? Was it salt? Thank you for your time. My favorite Italian chef and favorite cooking channel right here..
also .. what Italian dishes are traditionally served for Christmas?are you gonna share a recipe with us ? And Would that be the feast of seven seas? Is that what it’s called? And if not that .. is it ravioli? Thanks again.

My Husband bought a bag of what they call "Cheese Curds"!!! When I took a bite, it tasted like ***Cottage Cheese***!!!
