The instruction manual (page 8) describes the cable management cover (on the side of the post) being removable but I have not figured out a way to remove this cover. This instructional video should also show realistically how to keep cables managed.

Can you adjust the screens? I have one but the screens are uneven. They look like they are facing outwards 🥺 so hard to work on this

My counterweight screw is really hard to turn and I've turned it clockwise about 50 times with no change. The desk still falls back down when lifted up. Help please?

Mine absolutely will not stay up. I've tried the counterbalance and it still falls.

mine was delivered with the lower and upper cover already on. How do I remove these so i can install the work surface?
