A million people teaching how to do this you are my 'go to' guy. I like your calm and easy style and your sensible approach. Thank you for this I have a grumpy baby to make smile. :) Now grandma is smiling too.

Thank you! I'd tried something similar with the smudge tool, and it didn't work NEARLY as well! You've solved one of my biggest problems, and I appreciate you.

Hey Linda - I'm happy to hear that it helped you. I can see why you would try the Smudge Tool. You were on the right track but just needed the right tool. Good luck. - Rick

Thank you, I'm so glad to hear that you find my info helpful.
You're the second person to mention the no crosshairs thing so I did a little investigating and found others had the same question.
Apparently it's the difference between the Mac and PC versions of Elements. I used a Mac for the video, so I assume you have a PC. For some reason you just don't get the crosshairs with the PC version.
For your other Brush question, if you have CapsLock on you get a crosshair instead of a circle. - Rick

Thanks for this wonderful tutorial. I had no idea this could be done to a photo and I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

Thanks for the tutorial; The phrase: "I have never seen my mother in law look like this" made my day !!!! ;-)))

Excellent—what a great way to add a smile—looks so much more natural than just pulling up the edges of the lips with liquify. Thank you.

Great tip, Rick! I was unfamiliar with the Liquify tool, and I can see how powerful it can be. Thanks!

This was a great tutorial. All those pictures of people that wrecked an otherwise great shot get a second chance at cheese. thanks again Rick.

Many thanks for sharing this video Rick, I'm new to PSE 12 and wanted to bent part of an image a was working on and not been onto the LIQUIFY  tool before and was feeling a little bewildered. Your tutorial has pointed my in the right direction. Thanks again.

Absolutely Practical Rick!
Think of all those group shots we can revisit for a little touch-up!
...and plenty of my own too since I'm smile-shy in photos.
Thanks!
