1,594,323:1 Gear Reduction

Forgive the vibration... the drive shaft is slightly bent.

This is just a simple project I made on a whim to play around with massive gear reductions.

The way the final gear is stationary with a lot of torque is analogous to how I'm doing nothing with my life but with a lot of enthusiasm

I used to use these gear boxes to slowly move tables across the room in engineering class, people would be like tf, its not moving, then they come to class a day later and its halfway across the room and pushed 4 tables and 7 chairs out of the way

For all those wondering, you simply can’t do it from the opposite side because the gear ratio applies to both velocity and TORQUE. So, you would need an impressive amount of force to even turn it at all.

So if you spin the first one at one revolution per second, it would take about two weeks (1.5 million seconds is around two weeks if I’m not mistaken) for the last one to spin one revolution?

Edit: 1, 594, 323 seconds is about 18 and a half days.
