Illegal street takeover ends in fiery mess in San Fernando Valley

I called 911 to report a takeover two streets down from my house in the middle of the night about three days ago, and the dispatcher had the audacity to tell me that 911 was only for emergencies and to call the local police department. It’s like - ma’am so you want to wait until tragedy struck for me to call 911? Instead of trying to prevent one. And this is a perfect example of that.
