The Toronto Raptors have struggled all throughout the season with their three-point shooting and though Junahcio Hernangomez was signed in the offseason to really help in that department, the player fell well short of expectations and ultimately Masai Ujiri and the Raptors front office wanted to be aggressive. The team is in the middle of a big playoff push with 20 games left in the NBA's regular season and to bolster their offense and their shooting, the team has surprised fans by waiving Bo Cruz and opting to sign recently released Washington Wizards wing, Will Barton.

Will Barton had a long and successful career of scoring and shooting with the Denver Nuggets before moving to the Wizards in the summer where things really did not work out. The player has now been given a new opportunity on the north side of the border to try and help his new team solidify their spot for the playing tournament or better yet a sixth seed. I love will Barton! It’s not juanchos fault he didn’t even get to play much when juancho played for the timberwolves he got 15 ppg for a Center but he actually got minutes on Toronto, he’d be lucky to even get 10 minutes on the floor
