Newtons theory is for every action... There is an equal and opposite reaction... I believe that unlike the universe we live in equals for example the positive force and the negative would be subatomic particals which dont just stop with atoms and the nucleus there is an endless void of space, time, and mass that us humans have yet to comprehend or explore
