Star Wars: The Force Awakens, directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan & Abrams, features a cast including actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie, Crystal Clarke, Pip Andersen, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow. They will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker.

The film is being produced by Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk, and John Williams returns as the composer.

Hey Everyone, quick little backstory on this trailer. It came from an idea to make an Epic trailer for Star Wars fans. Unfortunately I didn't have split audio channels to cut a trailer with the music being smooth. Trust me, I would have done a much better job with my audio edit if I had different versions. Sometimes the music dictated the cuts. But I put out the best edit I believed could be made in the quickest way possible (30 minute edit and 30 minute render) while getting my 18 month old to bed. If it is a let down to you, I'm sorry. If you love it, then I have done my job.

All of the positive comments have been great to read. As someone who moved away from Hollywood 3 years ago to raise a family in Austin, ScreenSlam has given me a way to stay in movie world. So if you have time, check out our channel and it has tons of movie related stuff.

Kylo Ren is Luke Skywalker. I personally believe it even though Kylo seems to have his own backstory. It would be great way to have the Luke character in the series without showing his face too much since Mark Hamill did not age well at all. We will all shit our pants if this is the case. Remember it shows Kylo with Vader's helmet, and who was the last person to see Vader alive? Luke Skywalker. Also there is a chance he could be a skywalker clone if you have read the books. Another theory is Luke is the master while Kylo is the apprentice.
