Episode One: Cheeno-Migs Love Story

At least in recent history, there’s a couple in every Congress who met, fell in love and eventually got married in the halls of the House of Representatives. In the 19th Congress, it’s Congresswoman Atty. Migs Nograles- Almario from the 1st District of Davao City and Congressman Cheemo Almario of 2nd District of Davao Oriental.

The Young Guns as a bloc spend long hours together in meetings, committee hearings, technical working groups and plenary sessions. Strong bond of friendship was made and one love story which eventually led to the altar.

With Cong. Paolo Ortega, Cong. Ernix Dionisio and Cong. Rodge Gutierrez are the newly weds Congw. Migs Nograles-Almario and Cong. Cheeno Almario.
