Triangle reticule when you fire dark power, and cicle reticule when you fire light power. The details make this weapon amazing.

It's interesting that all of Nezerec's artifacts we can use relate to different elements, Nezerec's Sin is Void, Whisper and Delicate Tomb are arc, and this shotgun is solar and stasis.

An exotic weapon that truly feels exotic, it looks incredible. One little bit of missed opportunity here though: imagine how cool it would be for this gun to not be able to ads, but you could control each barrel independently where left click shoots solar and right click shoots stasis? That would have been perfect!

This exotic really takes the 3.0 subclasses and allows you to do crazy things with them. Love it!

What excites me the most for this weapon is the subclass synergies. On solar, you can build into the ignition to clear massive areas and give grenade energy back. Or stasis, building into shatter damage, grenade recharge, shards, rime, and chains especially on Titan's lances.

Consider this also, the weapon can stun Unstoppables, but doesn't have Anti-Unstoppable integrated on it (Unlike Leviathan's Breath, for example). That means you should be able to mix it with Radiance and stun Barrier champions too.

They really went full doom this dlc and I'm loving it. First, Winterbite is a reference to the BFG and now a double barrel shotgun.

Edit: i like the detail of the changing crossairs. When it's stasis, it's a triangle to represent darkness and the pyramid ships, and when it's solar, it's a circle to represent the traveler and the light.

I love how the element icon next to the gun icon changes based on magazine capacity at the moment.

Really looking forward to doing the raid 40 times, and not get it because of my terrible raid rng!🎉 50+ runs without getting Vex Mythoclast or Malice taught me that time is better spent elsewhere in this game.

Just going off of intuition, the reticles make me think of a collaboration between the Light and Dark. Triangular reticle/shot pattern for the Pyramids of Darkness as well as Stasis damage being a Darkness damage type, and we have the circular reticle/shot pattern for the Traveler along with Solar being a Light damage element.

I'm pretty sure the lore behind this Exotic would cement this observation.

Having a solar option in the kinetic slot is pretty dope. You can pair this with mini tool and a solar linear to have a go to option for solar builds that can ignite with every slot. The added utility of freezing with the first shot is nice, solar lacks crowd control. Idk how I feel about it the other way around, stasis has so many good options.

I really like how the reticle changes actually. Triangle (pyramid) for stasis, and then a circle (traveller) for solar

Triangle reticle is for pyramid ship or darkness and circle is for the traveler or light .
