Shining Victories was released in Jan 2016 in OCG and later May for TCG. Worlds was in Aug 2016. The new Blue Eyes structure comes out Sept 2024 in OCG, same as Worlds, but no date for TCG. It has to be legal for both formats to qualify for worlds.

You know what's kind of funny; with all this recent Blue-Eyes support, people are remembering that Blue-Eyes has a forgotten hand trap that only works with decks that use level 5 or higher Normal Monsters; Mystical Elf - White Lightning. It's a monster negate that also makes it so your opponent can only attack your big Normal monster.
