I retired at 49 years old and travel twice a year. My best air flight was in 1998 when my brother and I flew to Europe on the Concord. We flew so fast that the plane broke the sound barrier got to London under three hours. Those were good times. Great Video Thou

Amazed at how structured you are about workouts. I get exhausted watching your exercise regimine. Down the road you should not have any cardiac issues although some of the food you eat is not recomended by dietitians. I traveled extensivily for many years so I know how hard it is to follow a proper diet. You do burn a lot of calories.
