I'm a teenager and I don't get easily influenced and I don't do bad things. But my teacher is making my class watch this.

it is an excellent video to know why the young people could learn faster than an adult.

The way school system’s, parents, and “lazy effort’s of human connection “ that cause mental emotional stress and anxiety for the avg developing American teenager. Counseling need to be taken more serious.

This informative short video is dense in detail and is worth showing to adolescents twice to allow them to absorb the important implications of this research to themselves

Yet, we’re legally allowed to take on big responsibilities and make life-altering choices before reaching 20. (Voting, getting married, getting into debt via credit cards and student loans, sex work, buying and owning guns, being a state legislator, joining the army/going to war to name some….) Although you can’t drink alcohol or smoke until 21 years old.

Yes they got a lot to learn in their 20s. 20 year olds throughtout your 20s is still a bright nice morning perfume smell. They are way closer to their birth than we think. They should be treated like they are precious little stars. They are precious little stars.

We gotta be careful with claims like "stress in adolescence leads to depression in adulthood" because it's phrased like a biological issue when it may be a psychological one.

So maybe someone isn't depressed because their stress chemicals planted depression seeds in their adolescence, maybe they are depressed because of their memories from the stressful years. That's an important distinction to make because it means it can be bettered by REASON instead of MEDICINE.

Thank you ma'am. Now I know why my four teens are the way they are! God bless you.

This is now a myth as mumerous studies have shown that teenagers aren't this reckless immature group. This video is out of date now.

Maturation of the brain by the age of 25 is a myth, as is the growth of bones by the age of 25, both of which are fairy tales. The brain of a normal healthy person grows until the age of 20, the same as his bone growth. A human being in his 20s is the size of an adult brain and 25 years absolutely does not change anything in the structure or size of the brain it is a myth created in the 90s because 20 + 5 sounds and looks cool and there is no reasonable evidence that at the age of 25 you have a more "developed brain" "than at the age of 20. These great "scientists" confuse the experience of man that he simply acquires with age with some "brain maturity".

Children and teenagers are NOT the same. Just by grouping them both together, I will now turn this video off.
