I usually do this anyway to get the average of 3 or 4 readings. Great tip!

Thank you so much for this tip! I've re-ran countless tests, but have always wondered if this would work!

Great tip. Is this also for older hannah checkers?

I have done that myself and have had to redo the test. Thanks for the great information.

Great tip! I had to use three packets yesterday because I repeatedly became distracted with work emails.

Where do you get your shirts? I love it! My hubby is a mountain biker and aquarist! It would be perfect for him!

Funny, thought that was just common sense for my stupidity. Did that the day I pulled that $50 hanna checker out of the box. Cant believe I spent that on one phos checker!

The tip is good unless the two cuvettes do not have the same clarity.

I think it is unacceptable that by this time Hanna has not incorporated a simple feature to display the last result for a quick couple of seconds when you turn the checker on. That way you can see it if you missed it.

I like the Hannah Checkers but in my opinion electronic Gadget seemed to go bad after a while I have the alkalinity Checker and I keep getting a L.Lo reading error. I've tried a new cuvette wipe them clean new battery still a problem if these Checkers only are going to last 5 months to a year I'm not going to buy them anymore don't get me wrong I really like these but I'm not going to spend 50 bucks every 5 months on a new Hanna checker

So, in other words. Do the test like it says in the instructions anyway. Geez.

I set a timer on my microwave to come back 30 seconds before the Hanna checker is finished.

Be careful with this and Phosphate test as the test has to be done quickly. if it's been more then say 5 min it will read less then your true levels.
