Finally, You solved my problem!
I was looking for the answers, why all of my interfaces are not be called ( any IPointer Interfaces )
it's because I didn't add Physics Raycaster to my main camera !!!

For me, I couldn't get my UI to respond at all. Turned out the thing you mentioned about making Unity make default inputsystem actions was what made everything work, didn't need to use physics rayscast for that.
