Best 2-207 explanation I have heard. Only thing.. I don’t see a 10 day period for acceptance/rejection for additional terms in my contracts class material. But this was great!

In our declaration it plainly states how to arrive at our separate and equal stations in terms of a cancer cure. There's protectively 2 parties, Republicans and Democrats. And i/I note that's exactly what it says.

Clearly explains the battle of forms. Nothing split my head more than this. One quick question: Is the 1o day rejection rule an interpretation of "reasonable time" in the Section 207 (1) and (2)(c) and (6)? The 10 day rejection rule is more concise and precise. What is its source?
