Ron - great videos as always. FYI the Milwaukee 5625 router has an OEM 1/4" collet (Milwaukee part # 48-66-1015) you can buy. If someone's router collet doesn't accept that 8mm cutter, - there is a specific Whiteside 8mm to 1/2" reducer bushing they can buy.

Great idea! My initial impression was that it won't be very strong, but when you think about it there's not a lot of force on the 'lip' of the track, it's just being compressed between the t track nut and the block above it with the shear strength of one side of the sheet resisting the forces on it.

Thanks for sharing Ron! I really admire your router table set up! Would you consider doing a video on how to select a good router for strictly using in the inverted position like your Milwaukee's? Thanks for everything!

I recently was gifted a top with wooden tracks but they would splinter open when clamping down so I just went out and installed some metal track. I guess this wooden track is good for light work and no clamps.

Hi Ron, nice job! I will be making a few different sizes for my fences. However if you could recommend a way to lengthen the mitre slots in my outfeed table it would be appreciated. I have Delta unisaw with T mitre slots.I have been looking for a router bit to accomplish this but haven't been able to locate one.
Thanks for all your expertise. I have you to thank for my track saw and TSO purchases!

Love your videos. The T-slot cutter doesn't show up properly in the UK, which one is it. 3075? Do you know of one that can be used in an 8mm or 1/4" collet that matches the slot dimensions in your plans?

Great idea Ron. Would this work incorporated into a bench top?

Is there a distance that you stay away from an edge ? So that the plys don’t delaminate if there happens to be an odd situation.
