I feel like the judicial system needs to really evaluate their policy when it comes to prison release situations b/c after his incarceration wrap sheet came out with being in solitary confinement over 27 times with a 2 page list of all the behavior problems he caused from fighting, threats, etc just while in prison then they let him out after dropping it from a life sentence, down to 20 or so years then he still got out 3 years prior then when he was suppose to! The Legal system wants him to take responsibility and accountability which he proceeded to do BUT when is their legal system in this state going to take some accountability also?? It’s not like while he prison he was a wolf in sheeps clothing, he flat out showed the system what kinda person he was! 3 weeks prior to his release he had been hit with another incarceration violation!

So he took the 🐔💩way out because he knew he was facing the death penalty! Honestly I don’t think that should be an option for the defendant to make but for the victims family to!
