Satriani should have been in the top 5 and Eric Johnson should have been in the actual list instead of an honorable mention.

I can't believe Shawn Lane is only a honorable mention. His playing is unbelievably fast and melodic. Also, from what I understand, he was close friends with Buckethead.

Steve vai is one of my guitar heroes, went to see him in glasgow some time ago for the 25th anniversary tour for his most famous album passion and warfare, and it was the first show of the tour and it was the first time he ever played the album all the way through. It was amazing
