WATCH: Defense Secretary Esper discusses potential 7-day deal with Taliban

While giving a press conference on Thursday, Feb. 13, at the NATO headquarters in Brussels, Defense Secretary Mark Esper said that the U.S. and the Taliban had negotiated a seven-day reduction in violence. He also said that NATO had agreed to expand its role in the Middle East to combat ISIS and promote stability in the region.
