I used to watch my brother play this all the time when I was younger! (Never got a chance to play it because he WOULDN'T LET ME although I was very young so I probably wouldn't have been good at it anyways) this game had such good music. I also remember that the samurai game used to scare me and anytime it would come up I'd have to run out of the room

Fever built the ground for what the Wii U failed to do. Megamix, well having an amazing single-player in every way and an incredible assortment of games, horribly lacks in co-op not being present, alongside the controls being a bit awkward to play on the 3DS, as I had grown accustomed to the relaxed feel of the Wiimote for this game.

Honestly, I have never felt more at home when using the Wiimote. Its D-Pad could easily be worked for a Wii U port of Megamix, considering how close it is to your thumb. And, obviously, the gamepad as an option; both buttons and touch.

Nintendo, come on. It's a 2D game. Surely, you can port it to Wii U with ease. If not, homebrew people, get to work on that 3DS emulator for Wii U. Now that the homebrew scene has blossomed on the console, you should be able to make a simple game like this functional on it. Preferably, Wiimote controls first. And if you can, I suppose you can use the gamepad. It'd be an easy port over the controls, anyway.

@TheBadBuffalo There's a text message minigame in Rhythm Heaven DS. It's pretty much you dialling random numbers, however there are hidden easter eggs for specific numbers you dial.
