I worked at BK for a while, and the owners really wanted us to focus on additional sales, so whenever someone ordered a plain whopper or hamburger (and the like) I always asked whether they wanted it with cheese or not. 95% of the time people wanted cheese

Fun fact: Heme isn’t the compound found in animal tissue, heme is only the iron binding part of the compound. The actual compound is called myoglobin, and myoglobin molecules contain heme centers that bind to iron in animal tissue. Myoglobin is what you see when you eat a juicy steak, it’s not blood.
