IF YOU CANNOT RUN SETTINGS SUCCESFULLY TO CREATE THE 'USER NAME' ACCOUNT JUST RIGHT-CLICK ON THE 'COMPUTER' ICON -> MANAGE -> USERS & LOCAL GROUPS -> OTHER ACTIONS -> NEW USER. THERE YOU CAN CREATE (AND THEN DELETE) THAT ACCOUNT!

for those who can't create another user, try it from the cmd, run cmd as administrator from task manager by clicking ctrl+shift+esc, then click on file, new task, type in cmd and check the box labeled as Create this task with administrative privileges, after that write net user /add username password, where username write a username and instead of password write a password for your new account after that hit enter, then write net localgroup administrators username /add, where username put your new user's username instead, hit enter and you are good to go!

Hello i am not able to click on my start menu & so i tried to follow the steps mentioned by you in this video but the problem i faced is i can't Add Someone else in this PC from Family User, The screen come for 2-3 sec and than disappears, & other option you mentioned in the video, so can you plz help me get the start menu back.

How I fixed the start button (Win 10 Home ver 1809) (1) right clicked on taskbar, clicked on taskbar settings (2) in "find a setting box" typed in "reset", clicked on "Reset this PC" (3) under "Reset this PC", clicked on "Get started" and chose to keep personal files...

I have the latest ver of windows 10 and it doesn't let me put a name in the "add someone else to this PC" only a phone No. or an email address. I did, created the account then removed it. Still, I have a blank right side of the start menu. MY ver has my picture at the bottom of the start menu. If I click it I get, "Change Account settings, Sign out and Lock are under the picture. I work on computer problems all day. But This one is NUTS. I can fix it with a reinstall but who wants to do that? Thanks for any help!
