Pairing an Italian dish with an Austrian wine may seem rule-breaking, but Derrick encourages you to push boundaries to create a symphony of flavors! This classic red cream sauce has a richness from the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and starchy pasta, acidity from the whole peeled tomatoes, and heat from the red pepper flakes that pairs perfectly with the flavor profile of the Blaufränkisch.
