I keep getting confused because I see at a couple of places in the video, the land trust words are used for apparently when it should be stated as residence trust sigh 😔 lol

Clint, with a nominee trustee, this can keep anonymity when financing a property since the trustee will be the one signing the mortgage recorded in the public records? Then have them resign?

Client asked this question and I'm passing it on to you as I'm just an agent and not an attorney: can you set up the trust before you start purchasing the land, or wait until after? This is state of Alaska.

Why not to create a WY LLC and name the manager as the Trustee of the Land Trust from the beginning and nobody needs to resign ⁉️🧐🤔
