try rubbing some coconut oil on your neck for a few minuets and then use a body scrub to wash it off and most of the dye should come off

with regular jewelry you can put clear nail Polish on them so it won't turn your neck green, I don't know of anything you can use for chokers.

mayb if u washed them the color will probably settle.. try it.. it might work.. just like when u buy color clothes and they bleed..

loveowlsandunicorns, OMG 😱.... that's not good. I would recommend that you go to your order history look for this item, select contact customer support and choose the "problem with my order" section. At this point you can send them a message in the "message box", and if you click on the "attachment" icon it will allow you to send a picture with your message. I would COMPLETELY send them a picture of my neck. if anything not only can they refund you but MORE IMPORTANTLY, make the seller aware of the problem 😉. I hope everything goes ok for you and your neck😁
