Somebody please help this has been a problem for well over a month it doesn't happen with any other game but valorant. I boot up the game it starts just fine most the time, I go to get into a game and press the windows key, my screen then freezes and I can't move anything but I can hear everything in real time. I've gotten so many afk offenses I'm nearly banned. I'm bout ready to factory reset my computer.

In my laptop whenever i try to run valorant it never starts neither from epic games nor from the riot games client it happens only with valorant i have gta v kn my laptop and it starts in the first try but not valorant and my laptop freezes whenever i try to close valorant
