The Rodes are top of the mic tier list. No question. I’m pleasantly surprised by how well the tascam held up, I don’t feel like I see them as often recently

I've never really liked 3Dios mics, on the other hand, Blue Yeti, Zoom and Tascam have always been my favourites. Rodes are good mics too.

There’s just something about that first Zoom mic! Tingles every time! It’s so crisp and maybe even more bassy than the other mics? My second favorite is the Rode NT1’s and my third is both of the 3Dios (I honestly can’t tell much difference between the black and white eared versions). I’ve noticed a lot of my favorite videos are with those mics.

I really love the bassy yet clean sound from Tascam. I can feel it all the way to my eardrums. I get tingles from it in every session. Second favorite is Rode NT1. The vibration from it really leaves a deep impression upon my ears.
