Amino acids are proteins

Eat vegan and you won't have any issues getting protein in grid down :-) I have never claimed I'd stay vegan in a grid down as that would be stupid. Food is food. I do maintain those eating meat daily will have a big issue in a long grid down. Fats will be the big weak link for all of us

I’ve considered putting a pollen trap on my hives, but kind of like the bees using that protein to be strong enough for winter. I assume this is fairly expensive to buy?
