Sekiro Gets an Anime and Dark Souls is Next?

Thanks to an early leak from a very well known / established leaker in the Anime Community. He went on record to state that Sekiro is getting an anime adaptation. This opens the door up for Elden Ring or Dark Souls to have an anime as well!

For DS anime I think they really need a lore master to write the story like Vaati Vidya.

Sekiro is one of my favourite games. I'd love to see an adaptation for it. Just hope they can maintain the thrill and suspense of the source material. I hope they can jump into the lore a bit more and explain more on the lightning weilders. The sheer satisfaction and Joy you feel while defeating every boss is just insane. Also always remember "Hesitation is Defeat".

Edit: And now that I think about it Armored Core would be the perfect anime since it has a lot of anime like aspects.

Sekiro as a game is fantastic with beautiful music, story is amazing, and for it to be getting an anime would be fantastic. The other game I would love to see become an anime is the last of us

A while ago I finished Hell's Paradise and couldn't get over how much it reminded me of Sekiro, making me wish even harder for a Sekiro anime. Never thought it would actually happen.

Out of all the fromsoft games this one would be the easiest to adapt. It's the only game that doesn't have a created character and actually has a single protagonist with a set objective thats very anime-esque.

This also Makes Sense considering that Kadokawa (the company that owns most of fromsoftware's shares) wants from software's ips to be Multi media to maximize their profits
And also due to Sony stating That they could help fromsoft With multimedia products (they also Own a smaller percentage of fromsoftware's stock)

Sekiro has an official oneshot manga that is canon and its actually pretty good. Also everytime Sekiro dies he spreads dragon rot so him dying a lot would fit perfectly into the anime
