I FINALLY got out of the city last weekend, and pitched a tent on my mother's 7 acre property; and made my own campfire that lasted all night, and well into the morning hours! I had NO NEED to take my blood pressure meds for 4 days!
However, yesterday, back in the city, I had a mild heart attack!!
