I'm guessing the title has to do with the fact that Toby has been Working and Waiting for this game for a long time.

So interesting lil fact, on april 1 of 2012, toby posted what he called a bunch of fan made yume nikki tracks, and one of them, was repurposed for the theme "man"
And the fact that this contains gasters theme in it...

Maybe the title is actually meant to be a reference to when whats basically the most ominous track in the game was made?

Fun Fact: Theoretically, since Deltarune's concept was created _before_ Undertale, back in 2012, wouldn't that technically mean that Undertale is based off of Deltarune, instead of the other way around?

Interesting that one of (if not the) first songs made for this series contains Gaster's theme. Is Gaster really so important to everything that he was one of Toby's first ideas? Or did Toby just repurpose this medley as Gaster's theme because it sounded like what he needed at the time?

Fun Fact: This Ost is actually a remix of Gaster theme, if you listen to April 2012 and then listen to Gaster theme it is possible to notice great similarities between the two songs
