My moms quick and easy potato salad recipe

I use dill relish, onions, salt, pepper and hard boiled eggs. But I mix all the ingredients and taste before adding it to the potatoes. Then I fold it in. Love potato salad.

That's how I make mine but w paprika sprinkled on top . The olive slices sound great, I've never heard of that !! Yum
