I'm doing his meditations for almost a year now. Some how I've changed inside, it helped me survive the most horrible life in a dark era and still have hope.
I live in IRAN and it means you are facing new fears and daemons everyday. You risk your life, tons of bad news surands you, there is absolute caos in every aspect of life and no plan for future.
Recently I feel I can't stay in meditations my mind jumps out and anger is controlling me :(
