MINECRAFT on I3-3240, Intel HD Graphics 2500 (Java 1.21, Sodium Tested)

So i will test on both released/vanilla version, and sodium with lithium MOD
i don't recommend optifine because it's not updated anymore, and there's no performance improvement since the 1.17 update, sodium is just better.

My old PC wasn't working for a while, so i might show you my new PC (still old) on Minecraft Java edition on the current latest version 1.21.
it didn't work at first due to the Opengl error that is caused by unsupported Opengl (my Opengl was 1.1), and Minecraft 1.21 required Opengl 3.2.
If your CPU isn't supported, don't worry, you can also force your PC to play despite being unsupported with this tutorial, it will significantly drop the FPS though, keep that in mind:

- CPU: Core I3-3240 3,4GHz 55w
- GPU: Intel HD Graphics 2500
- CPU cooler: Segotep Wind Clear T2 (not intel stock cooler this time around)
- Motherboard: ECS H61H2 M12
- RAM: 4gb dual channel 1600mhz 12800 (2 sticks of 2gb, a really good upgrade)
- Harddrive: wd blue 320gb hard drive (ain't as bad as u might think)- OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (really solid OS, competes to that of linux mint cinnamon. cons: discontinued)

my laptop can't even run versions above 1.16.5 albeit having a cpu with hd 3000. it is from the 2nd generation tho. must be because of the below minimum clock speed but idk. good video tho

edit: just reached the part of the video where u said that intel hd 2000 and 3000 arent supported anymore. big sad :(

how the hell you got more than 70 without mods? i have a pc 4 gb ram, with integrated graphics and an intel i3 and still it runs only on 40 - 60 fps with 10 mods, you use ssd or hdd?

Change to Linux I use mint 100+ fps and in windows 8.1 20 fps on lowest settings and i5 gen 2, 8 ram, Intel hd 3000 250gb hdd
